باستخدامك متجر بَرّ أو شرائك منه فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.

المنتجات: كل قطعة تُصنع بعد الطلب لدى شريك إنتاج في الولايات المتحدة أو أوروبا. يختلف لون القطع المصبوغة بعد الخياطة قليلًا من قطعة لأخرى، والصور للتوضيح.

الأسعار والدفع: الأسعار بالريال السعودي وتشمل الشحن، وتُدفع قيمة الطلب كاملة عند الشراء. قد تُحصّل شركة الشحن عند التسليم ضريبة القيمة المضافة أو رسوم الجمارك والتخليص حسب أنظمة بلدك، ولا تحصل عليها بَرّ.

قبول الطلب: يصلك تأكيد بالبريد الإلكتروني بعد الطلب. وإذا تعذّر تنفيذ طلب نلغيه ونعيد إليك المبلغ كاملًا.

الشحن والتوصيل: نشحن إلى المملكة العربية السعودية، والإمارات، والكويت، وقطر، والبحرين، وعُمان وفق سياسة الشحن والتوصيل.

الإلغاء والإرجاع: يمكنك إلغاء طلبك أو تعديله خلال ساعتين من الطلب قبل أن يبدأ صنعه. لا نقبل الإرجاع أو الاستبدال أو الاسترداد بسبب المقاس أو اللون أو تغيّر الرأي، ونعوّضك عن القطع التالفة أو المعيبة أو الخاطئة والشحنات الضائعة وفق سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد.

الملكية الفكرية: التصاميم والنصوص والصور في هذا المتجر ملك لبَرّ، ولا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها تجاريًا دون إذن مكتوب.

الخصوصية: نعالج بياناتك وفق سياسة الخصوصية.

التعديلات: قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، وتسري على طلبك النسخة المنشورة وقت الطلب.

By using or buying from the Barr store, you agree to these terms.

Products: every piece is made after you order, by our production partner in the US or Europe. Garment-dyed colour varies slightly from piece to piece, and images are for illustration.

Prices and payment: prices are in Saudi riyals and include shipping, and orders are paid in full at purchase. The carrier may collect VAT, duties or clearance fees on delivery under your country's rules; these are not Barr charges.

Order acceptance: you receive an email confirmation after ordering. If we can't fulfil an order, we cancel it and refund you in full.

Shipping and delivery: we ship to Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman under our shipping policy.

Cancellations and returns: you can cancel or change your order within 2 hours of ordering, before production starts. We don't accept returns, exchanges or refunds for size, colour or a change of mind; we make it right for damaged, defective or wrong items and lost parcels under our returns and refunds policy.

Intellectual property: the designs, text and images in this store belong to Barr and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

Privacy: we handle your data under our privacy policy.

Changes: we may update these terms; the version published when you order applies to your order.
