سياسة الاسترداد

كل قطعة تُصنع لك خصيصًا بعد طلبك، لذلك لا نقبل الإرجاع أو الاستبدال أو الاسترداد بسبب المقاس أو اللون أو تغيّر الرأي. تأكد من مقاسك في جدول المقاسات قبل الطلب.

متى نعوّضك: إذا وصلتك القطعة تالفة أو معيبة (عيب في الصنع أو الطباعة أو التطريز)، أو فيها خطأ في الطباعة (مكان التصميم أو ألوانه)، أو وصلتك قطعة غير التي طلبتها، أو ضاعت الشحنة في الطريق.

كيف: راسلنا خلال ١٤ يومًا من الاستلام مع صورة واضحة للمشكلة. وإذا لم تصلك الشحنة خلال ٢٥ يوم عمل من تاريخ الطلب، فراسلنا لنتابعها مع شركة الشحن. بعد التحقق نصنع لك قطعة بديلة ونشحنها إليك مجانًا، أو نعيد إليك المبلغ، ولا تحتاج إلى إرجاع القطعة.

العنوان: إذا رجعت الشحنة إلينا بسبب عنوان غير صحيح أو ناقص، أو لأنها لم تُستلم، نعيد شحنها بعد تأكيد العنوان، وتتحمل أنت تكلفة الشحن الجديد.

إلغاء الطلب: يمكنك إلغاء طلبك أو تعديله خلال ساعتين من الطلب، قبل أن يبدأ صنعه. بعد بدء الصنع لا يمكن إلغاؤه.

لا تنتقص هذه السياسة من أي حق يمنحك إياه النظام.

Every piece is made for you after you order, so we don't accept returns, exchanges or refunds for size, colour or a change of mind. Please check your size against the size chart before you order. We make it right when a piece arrives damaged or defective (a manufacturing, print or embroidery fault), is misprinted (wrong placement or colours), is the wrong item, or when a parcel is lost in transit. Message us within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo of the problem; if your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of ordering, message us and we'll chase it with the carrier. Once confirmed, we'll make a replacement and ship it free, or refund you, and you don't need to send anything back. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, or it wasn't collected, we'll reship it once you confirm the address, at your cost. You can cancel or change your order within 2 hours of ordering, before production starts; after that it can't be cancelled. This policy doesn't limit any right the law gives you.
